A tasting of various pickled vegetables of our company:
Eggplants, artichokes, chicory, critimi and paparina (wild local herbs); Fior di latte mozzarella morsel and dried tomato skewer, Apulian Frisa (round dry, baked durum wheat flour) with cherry tomatoes, a variety of local bread (pizzi, uliate); Sun-dried tomato and basil cream.
